Guests unaccompanied by an individual 25 years or older are required to pay, at check-in, a damage deposit of $500 This deposit is fully refundable at check-out upon inspection of room. Registered visitors must be 21 years old or older. Every room at the Palm Beach Resort in addition has an individual patio/balcony where you can appreciate breathtaking views of the Gulf. Check-in is situated at the office during normal business hours. A visit to Gulf Shores & Orange Beach features the perfect balance of non-stop activity & lay-around-doing-nothing time. Office hours are as follows, 8am-5pm Sunday & Monday through Friday, & 8am-8pm Saturday. Guests unaccompanied by an individual 25 years or older are required to pay, at check-in, a damage deposit of $500 This deposit is fully refundable at check-out upon inspection of room.
