Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM & closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 & the security guard will be paged to assist visitors. Our rates are priced for a minimum 1 week visit, & are not adjusted to a every day rate if the visit is less than 1 week. However, even though a lot of people decide to visit w/ us for months, a lot of visitors staying less than 1 week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Value Place is an extended-visit hotel. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Room fees & a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. When your visit goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Appreciate your stay in a clean, safe, & economical environment.
