Amenities include T.V w/ cable in each bedroom, & in the living room. We are brand new community situated in Gilbert Arizona right off of Val Vista & the 202 loop. We offer free java & cookies every day from 7:00am until 6:00pm Monday through Friday, 9:00am -5:00pm Saturday, & 10:00am-5:00 pm on Sunday. We offer Two different floorplans, both sleep up to 6 people. Each suite has private patio or balcony & a covered parking space. They in addition include full size washer & dryer, full kitchen w/ microwave & icemaker. High speed web access at no extra charge, as well as a DVD player in each unit. We are a gated community, & visitor offer access to 24 fitness center as well as a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, & billiard room. Highlands at Spectrum features Two bedroom Two bathroom suites, these range in size from 1074 sq ft to 1096 sq ft They are completely furnished & include all housewares. We are situated near to shopping, dining place s & Gilbert Mercy Hospital.If checking in after 5:00pm on the weekends or 6:00pm thru the week, please call ahead to get gate codes & room access, otherwise please know that it could be 15 minutes before maintenance is reached for information & in order to obtain checkin arrangements.Or call 480-786-3323 prior to arrival during business hours for checkin arrangements.
