Our 1300 square foot Banquet Room seats 80 for eating or 150 for assembly functions. Our banquet room is a wonderful place to hold your wedding reception after getting married on the beach. Two short blocks from the Rio Del Mar beach parking lot on Aptos Beach Drive in Aptos. -- Directions -- Take Highway 1 to the Rio Del Mar Blvd exit. Follow Rio Del Mar approximately one mile toward the ocean. The street will end at the beach parking lot at the bottom of a steep hill and the beach will be on your left. Turn right and go two blocks, turn right again at our sign. Proceed to the office, which is located in the middle of the motel.
