Oroville Lake has 1 of the worlds largest earth filled dams. Tours of the dam can be made by appointment. The Oroville area is rich in history. We offer the gorgeous Feather River & Oroville Lake. Oroville Lake in addition has some of the best fishing in the state of California. The California gold rush started at Sutters Fort in Sacramento & worked its way to Oroville. Note: California State University Chico graduation in May, 7 day advance cancellation required. There are at least Two pro tournaments a year at the lake.
