In 1985, San Francisco Bay area designer Tom Brooks was commissioned to create an Inn from the existing structure of an Historic 1940?s California-Spanish style Firehouse & Clocktower. Focusing on the Spanish influences predominant in the American Southwest, he transformed the main hall of the Firehouse into a comfortable lobby w/ fibre wall hangings, original art, beamed ceilings, handsome wood furnishings & a big fireplace. Comfortable accommodations, our personal touch of home & our always ready to serve employees make sure your visit to the hotel is most memorable. Thus, the Clocktower Inn Hotel, Ventura, California, w/ its easy grace & rustic simplicity, has evolved perfectly suited to Southern California hospitality.
