Why visit at a hotel or motel when you can offer the comforts of home while playing in the mystical wonderland we call Crested Butte. Children 11 years & under are not recommended at property. Then head out to 1 of our a lot of unique locally owned eating establishments for dinner & drinks before heading to bed in 1 of our comfortable relaxing rooms. A home-cooked morning meal awaits our visitors in the morning. We offer five unique visitor rooms all w/ second story spectacular mountain views, TVs w/ VCRs, ceiling fans, wireless web access, robes, & private baths. Newly renovated in the fall of 2003 w/ the addition of a Spa Room offering in house Massages & a Steam Shower. One of the premier Crested Butte Bed & Morning Meal inns is the Purple Mountain Lodge. Great in-town location, only 2 block from the unique shops & wonderful eating establishments on Elk Avenue. Our quaint inn is 1 of the oldest Crested Butte Bed & Morning Meal inns. Originally a mining office built in 1923, this building became a Bed & Morning Meal in the 1970s when it was rolled down intown on logs. Finally, wake up the following morning to the aromas of a home-cooked morning meal, giving you a jumpstart to your new day of adventure. Children 12 years & older does not visit complimentary at this location.
