We are situated in Downtown Historic Greeley - home of the world's largest Fourth of July Rodeo. We are only Two miles from University of Northern Colorado & about 5 miles from Aims Community College. We are walking distance to the Greeley Ice Haus for ice skating, & hundreds of retail shops & eating establishments are close. We are a full service hotel w/ bell employees, a full service dining place & bar open from 6am until 2am We offer room service, assistance w/ guided tours of the Rocky Mountains & white water rafting. Pet accommodation: 25.00/stay for a pet Pet limit: Two pets for a room 50 lbs or less. Enjoy your visit in our log furnished lodge w/ wonderful views of the surrounding mountains & Shadow Mountain Lake. This property is open all year round & is a non-smoking establishment. We offer a newly remodeled conference room & attached enclosed patio for weddings, reunions & meetings. We do offer parking available for those w/ trailers. We will be happy to assist you in planning your event, including full service catering w/ an extensive choice of menu options, & audiovisual equipment is available. Grand Lake golf course features groomed cross-country ski or snowshoe trails during the winter. Summers, kick back, appreciate your favorite beverage & food on our big open deck, offering gas firepit tables & chairs. We charge 30.00 USD for any cancellations w/ 15 day or more notice. 14 days or less you forfeit first night, 7 days or less we charge the entire visit.
