Follow airport access road to Highway 40. Turn right and follow highway 40 East through Steamboat to Mt Werner road exit. Turn left off the exit ramp onto Mt. Werner Road. On Mt. Werner road, you'll go through one stop light. Road begins to circle to your right, stay in right lane. Turn right onto Apres Ski Way. Take first right on Village Drive, the Lodge at Steamboat is located a half block down on the left hand side. Check-in for Dulany is located at the Lodge at Steamboat. Directions to Dulany will be given at check-in.

Balance due including 12.5% sales tax 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit of 1 night's lodging due inside 10 days of making reservation. For Holiday Season (Dec 20, 2003-Jan 4, 2004), the balance is due including sales tax 60 day prior to arrival.

Cancellation 31+ days prior to arrival(61 days for 20dec03-04JAN04 & 15 days for 14APR03-21NOV03): One nights rent is forfeited. Within 30 days of arrival (60 days for 20DEC03-04JAN04 & 14 days for 14APR03-21NOV03): Full deposit is forfeited.
