If checking in after 5pm, please come back by 9am the next business day Minimum age required at check-in is 21. The home backs onto a wooded conservation area. Please check-in at the office, please offer a state issued valid ID & credit card used for rental. Sandy Ridge is a wonderful area to visit at when visiting Disney, it is near to the parks without all of the traffic.
