In order to keep our homes in excellent condition, a 1 time departure fee is required for housekeeping. our Guest Services representative can offer all area attraction tickets & discount coupons for local eating establishments. The pool deck is fully screened to add a degree of privacy while protecting you from insects & softening the sun's rays. For added convenience your home comes equipped w/ a washer & dryer. Your fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, ice maker, stove & oven, microwave oven & a dishwasher for you to be able to cook meals for your family & save money not having to eat out Our homes are stocked w/ linen, towels & kitchen utensils. From I-4 East or West, get off at exit 58. Head Through Championsgate to Ronald Reagan Parkway (CR54) turn left and go approx 500 yards, office on left, Building of Sunsplash Vacation Homes and J and M Management. After 4pm go past the office to Loma Linda first community on the right after the office, turn in and then left, carry on round and up the hill to the second turn right , Hilltop Street go to the other end second to last house 125. This is a pickup location only. There is a Key box on the porch and you will find a envelope with your name on it and instructions to get to the allocated home.
