The very large 5 bedroom home w/ web access & the 5.5 baths can easily accommodate 12 plus people comfortably. Watersong is an elegant 2 story home w/ large rooms. There is a lock box in front of the office for after hours check-in Once booking is confirmed you will receive the information. There are TVs for your entertainment & a modern kitchen w/ all the conveniences you expect from a wonderful resort. Other features include a barbecue grill, clubhouse, computer access, exercise room, lounge area, volleyball area, a gorgeous view of the pond & surrounding woods & a gorgeous pool/spa which will add to your enjoyment. Located along US 17 & just east of US 27, Davenport has remained largely unchanged by the impact of world-size tourism just to the north. Please check in at the office, please offer a state issued valid ID & credit card used for rental. There will be a cleaning fee of 115.00 USD & a resort fee of 40.00 USD & both will be collected at check-in Check-in time is from 3pm -5pm on the day of arrival. Davenport, Florida is a quiet, small town neighbor of Disney World. Information needs to be verified. The rolling hills of Lake Wales Ridge provide an idyllic setting for Davenport.
