All of the rooms offer central air, color cable Television, hair dryer, clock radio, double pillows, iron & ironing board, medium refrigerator, java maker, access to microwaves, dial up web access, ceiling fans & Spanish tile floors. There are 2 lighted tennis courts, an air-conditioned nautilus fitness center (w/ complimentary weights), heated swimming pool w/ Jacuzzi & on site spa service. Marina Del Mar Resort Oceanside is situated on a protected deep water marina adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean, & opens into John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park & the Key Largo National Marine Sanctuary. Coconuts Restaurant features lunch & dinner seven days a week with indoor / outside eating. The resort had seventy-six rooms, forty-eight double occupancy rooms & twenty eight suites (including studio's, 1, 2 & three bedroom suites.
