Deluxe Room:
Deluxe room with one Queen bed, TV, Refrigerator, and Microwave.
Large Deluxe Room:
Large deluxe room with one Queen Bed, TV, Fridge, microwave and porch.
Apartment:
Room with kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and stove top. Queen bed, pull out sleeper sofa, and TV. Some rooms have a porch or bathroom separated by a curtain.
Deluxe Loft:
Queen bed up in loft, pull out queen sleeper sofa, Tv, Coffeee maker, Microwave, Fridge, Balcony
1st Floor Conch House:
1st floor of our Conch House. Living Room with a queen sleeper sofa, Queen bed in room, Full kitchen, washer, Dryer, Jacuzzi, deck area, front porch, and porch swing. Accommodates up to 5.
2nd Floor Conch House:
The second floor of our Conch House. This area has two bedrooms with queen beds, sitting area, TV, microwave, fridge, elevated sundeck, front porch with swing. Accommodates up to 5.

20 days to cancel & get refund. If inside twenty days will give hotel credit for 1 years use.If it is a holiday they need 30 days prior to cancel & get a refund or we will give them a hotel credit.

Outdoor Pool, Heated Pool, Jacuzzi/Whirlpool Our Heated Pool and Large Jacuzzi are at the heart and soul of the Eden House. It's where we unwind to some Eden House tunes, read a good book in between refreshing dips, swap some "fish tales" at Happy Hour, or get lost in meditation to the sound of the waterfall and fountains. Many of our guests, hardly even leave the pool area. (There are a lot of great restaurants that will deliver straight to your lounge chair. Just ask the Front Desk.) The pool area is open 24 hours. We do have quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am, but--- if we can't hear you, we can't see you
