The Cottonwood Condominiums are situated on Dollar Road just across from Sun Valley Village. The complex offers excellent landscaping, including ponds, & streams on the grounds. If you arrive after hours there is a security box where you can pick up your information. The location is known for its privacy & tranquility, offering a blend of comfort, warmth, & scenery. This is the best location for convenience to indoor & outside ice-skating rings, pools, hot tubs, shops, & meeting facilities. Ski lifts are 1.5 miles away, reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle, which stop at the entrance to the Cottonwoods. Our office hours are 8AM to 5PM, w/ extended hours during peak seasons. Check-in is at 200 West River St, situated at the corner of Second Ave & River St. St. Ketchum is in addition a delight for adventurers- offering world-renowned skiing during wintertime & fishing, hiking & trail riding during spring & summer times.
