When your visit goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. Ankeny is just north of Des Moines & Interstate 80 is less than a mile from our property. We are easily situated on Interstate 35 at the Corporate Woods exit 89 in Ankeny, Iowa. Room fees & a 100.00USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. Our visitors are less than 2 miles from the heart of Ankeny's center offering fast food, casual eating, movie theatres, & big box retail including Wal-Mart, Home Depot, & others. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM, Saturday 10:00AM-2:00PM, & closed on Sunday. Value Place is a short-term residential product that blends the best of extended visit lodging. The 100.00USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Ankeny is one of the fastest growing cities in Iowa. Downtown Des Moines is just a few miles away w/ the State Capitol, Wells Fargo Arena, Farmers Market, East Village & more. After hours, move-in must call extension 500 & the security guard will be paged to assist visitors. However, even though a lot of people decide to visit w/ us for months, a lot of visitors staying less than 1 week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Our rates are priced for a minimum 1-week visit, & are not adjusted to a every day rate if the visit is less than 1 week. Appreciate your visit in a clean, safe, & economical environment. Prairie Meadows Racetrack & Casino is less than 5 miles away.
