A 50.00 USD - 100.00 USD cleaning fee will be charged for any room that has evidence that the pet was removed from the pet carrier. They are not allowed in the basement or other common locations. All rooms offer complimentary microwave popcorn, java caffeinated & decaffeinated, hot chocolate, hot apple cider, green tea, bottled water, orange juice, blueberry muffins & biscotti. Complimentary high speed web access. Extra big, plush bath towels are provided. Complimentary use of the fitness facilities including treadmill, recumbent bike, weight system, scales, Television, & VCR DVD player. These are some of the standard features you can expect in a Tioga suite or room. Expanded Cable is included in each suite. All rooms offer a hairdryer, microwave, & small refrigerator. Complimentary use of our second floor deck w/ tables, chairs, gazebo, & gas BBQ grill. Two room suites feature either 2 queen beds or 1 queen bed w/ a leather sofa & desk w/ chair. We provide you w/ Aromae Shampoo & Conditioner, lavender soap, vitamin E facial soap, & sewing kit All rooms will offer at least 1 27 inch Television w/ VCR DVD player. Pets are only allowed if kept in their pet carrier. Complimentary unlimited long distance. All mattresses are Simmons Beautyrest. Linens, appliances, etc are new & of high quality. We offer thick, incredibly soft comforters on each bed All pillows are Simmons Beautyrest brand. All furniture is new Ashley Furniture. Washer & dryer on each floor. Includes dining place, bar, meeting facilities & day spa We do those extra, unexpected things to make sure you will be back. Opened November One, 2005 as a newly remodeled full service, luxury hotel. The Tioga Suites Hotel was built in 1929 & is on the National Historic Register. Murder Mystery, wine tasting, honeymoon, & other packages available.
