Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Room fees & a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM & closed Sunday. Value Place is an extended-visit hotel. However, even though a lot of people decide to visit w/ us for months, a lot of visitors staying less than 1 week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Our rates are priced for a minimum 1 week visit, & are not adjusted to a every day rate if the visit is less than 1 week. When your visit goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. In accordance w/ the City of Lenexa ordinance, all studios are non-smoking. After hours move-in must call extension 500 & the security guard will be paged to assist visitors. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Appreciate your stay in a clean, safe, & economical environment.
