Our 30 room hotel is situated on Hwy 54 East & Pancake Blvd. All rooms standardly equipped w/ refrigerators & microwaves, coffeemakers, COMPLIMENTARY local calls, high-speed Web On site laundry facilities. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM & closed Sunday. When your visit goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though a lot of people decide to visit w/ us for months, a lot of visitors staying less than 1 week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. In accordance w/ the City of Lenexa ordinance, all studios are non-smoking. After hours move-in must call extension 500 & the security guard will be paged to assist visitors. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Appreciate your stay in a clean, safe, & economical environment.
