Deposit Policy - One night or 50 percent deposit, whichever is greater, is required on all reservations. Bush's estate, Kennebunkport, antique stores & amusement parks. We are situated out of the hustle & bustle of tourist congestion in an area that features eating establishments, shops & recreational activites of all kinds. We do offer complimentary beach parking passes to Kennebunk Beaches. Kennebunk Gallery Cottages is a family-owned complex that features accommodations ranging from 2-bedroom housekeeping cottages to attractive motel rooms. Our features include volleyball, horseshoes, children's play area, b-que grills & picnic tables. We are a short drive to close beaches, Former Pres. Cancellation period is 28 days prior to reservation. If room is cancelled after the 28 day cancellation period visitor is responsible for entire amount of visit unless room is re-rented. Our property has the "largest" outside swimming pool in the Kennebunk's area. There is a 20.00 USD bookkeeping fee on all cancelled reservations.
