We are situated across the street from famous Kittery Outlet Malls & only minutes away from historical downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire & the gorgeous beaches of York, Maine. We offer a newly renovated, first class inn w/ 43 beautifully decorated visitor rooms. We in addition offer an outside swimming pool for your relaxation as well. We serve a supreme complimentary continental morning meal each morning in our main lobby, serving java, tea & hot chocolate 24 hours a day. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation, we will gladly refund your deposit, less a $15.00 for a room, cancellation fee, w/ at least 30 days notice during our peak season, June 1- Oct 31 & fourteen days notice for the balance of the year. Naturally we will make each effort to rent the room & refund your deposit. Because of our firm cancellation policy, we do recommend Travelex Travel Insurance.
