Garden Rooms with Hot Tub or Jacuzzi:
Choose a room with either King or Queen canopy bed. Both rooms have beautiful antiques and a large Balcony. The room with the king size bed features a large 4 person sized hot tub on the balcony. The room with the queen size bed has a room with art deco murals and a 2 person sized Jacuzzi on the balcony. This room can also be reached directly from the bedroom. Sleeps 2.
Large Corner Rooms with a Hot Tub on the Balcony:
These breezy and sunny rooms have antique king size beds. Large balconies in both rooms feature 4 person sized private hot tubs and wicker furniture. Sleeps 3.
Country Studios with Fireplace and Jacuzzi:
Choose from a "pent house" style studio with its own private stairway, or a "doublex" with its private Jacuzzi room one flight of private stairs above. Both rooms have Queen sized canopy beds, private balconies and working fireplaces. Sleeps 2.
Sun Set Studio with Fireplace and Hot Tub:
This spacious studio with mural covered cathedral ceilings features a gigantic King-size-plus Four Poster bed, a sitting area with a working fireplace and a large balcony with a large, 4 person sized hot tub. Sleeps 4.
Cottage Studios with Fireplace-Hot Tub or Jacuzzi:
Located in the very private Garden Cottage, each room offers a working fireplace. One room features a Four Poster queen sized bed and a private patio with a 4 person sized hot tub. The other room offers a Four Poster king sized bed and a 2 person "sunk in" Jacuzzi in the bedroom area. Sleeps 3.
Carriage House Studios with Fireplace and Hot Tub:
British Colonial hospitality, reminiscent of grand Caribbean Plantation homes, welcomes you here. Reservations of One night require a full prepayment deposit. Reservations of 2-3 nights require 2-night deposit. Reservations require a deposit & will be charged at time of booking. Reservations of 4 nights or more require a 50% deposit of total visit.

Refunds are less a $20.00 handling charge. No-show fee: Forfeiture of deposit. Cancel 14 days prior to avoid forfeiture of deposit. Cancellations 48 hours prior to arrival date receives credit for a future visit, valid One year after the cancel date.
