Appreciate your stay in a clean, safe, & economical environment. After hours check-in must call extension 500 & the security guard will be paged to assist visitors. Room fees & a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. Value Place is an extended-visit hotel. However, even though a lot of people decide to visit w/ us for months, a lot of visitors staying less than 1 week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. When your visit goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Wednesday 9AM-8PM, Thursday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-4PM & closed Sunday. Our rates are priced for a minimum 1 week visit, & are not adjusted to a every day rate if the visit is less than 1 week. No reservations after 3pm on Sundays.
