When your visit goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. Value Place is an extended-visit hotel. Room fees & a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. Our rates are priced for a minimum 1 week visit, & are not adjusted to a every day rate if the visit is less than 1 week. However, even though a lot of people decide to visit w/ us for months, a lot of visitors staying less than 1 week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. After hours check-in must call extension 500 & the security guard will be paged to assist visitors. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. No reservations after 3pm on Sundays.
