The newest addition to Portales, New Mexico is the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Portales, easily situated on US Hwy 70, just One mile southwest of downtown Portales & close to Eastern New Mexico University, the Greyhound Arena & Stadium & Cannon Air Force Base. Guests are in addition welcome to relax in the indoor swimming pool & spa or use the fitness & business centers. This beautifully appointed property includes 65 brand new overly large visitor rooms that all offer complimentary high-speed Web, microwave & refrigerator, 27® Television, & java maker. For the hearing impaired, TDD service is available at 1-800-238-5544 inside the U.S and Canada. We in addition offer our own banquet room that seats up to 90 visitors for a meeting or luncheon. For the 5 remaining traditional rooms without private baths there are Two community baths. Open Tuesday-Sunday 0700-1500. The hotel is a 2 story rust colored buildingwith multi colored trim work around the windows & doors. They offer room service to hotel visitor along w/ catering functions in the banquet room & garden. The property includes a garden w/ gazebo for outside fuctions & includes a covered picnic patio area w/ picnic tables. Also added is a workout room & a gamn room, which has pool tables & other games for our visitors to appreciate.
