Every kitchen is fully stocked w/ soaps & cleaning products readily available. Each home will offer a Television w/ cable access & DVD player. Your visit includes all linens, beds made prior to arrival & access to a washer & dryer situated on the property. All of the close to ocean homes will offer One house between you & the beach & easy beach access via city maintained trails. All homes offer capacity limits regulated by the City of Seaside & cannot be exceeded to protect the rights of the neighbors. Seaside Vacation Homes Inc features ocean front homes & properties just steps from the beach ranging in size from 2 to six bedrooms. Our 1.5-mile long ocean front Promenade is perfect for strollers, joggers & bike riders. A deep cleaning is performed at each home prior to & after each visitor w/ cleaning fees due prior to arrival. Many homes offer Web along w/ covered parking. It is not unusual for our visitors to comment that our homes are the cleanest & most comfortable they offer found after years of visiting Seaside. A damage deposit is not required however we will require a credit card to be kept on file in the event of damage occurring during your visit. Please contact us after booking to arrange check-in times & final payment of your cleaning fees. This reputation is a result of being selective in the properties we choose to manage, & our desire to surpass your expectations when it comes to cleanliness. The Prom in addition gives access to those w/ mobility issues, getting them closer to the wide, sandy beach. Other area places of interest include dozens of unique boutiques, specialty shops, art galleries & antique stores. We want your experience w/ Seaside Vacation Homes to be a big reason for returning to our coastal community. Those that are young at heart will appreciate such amusements as the carousel, arcades, miniature golf, bumper cars & boats, tilt-a-twirl, paddle boats & canoes.
