Our Resort is perfectly situated in the gorgeous Litchfield Beach/Pawleys Island section of the Grand Strand. Motorcycles, Motorhomes & Trailers are only permitted in the North Parking Lot at the Resort's main building which is near to the Hotel & Seaside Inn One night deposit including taxes & fees is required to confirm all reservations. Pets are not permitted. Spread out over 5 square miles we offer a superb selection of recreational features, including golf, tennis, shopping & eating, along w/ the most gorgeous beaches on the East Coast. This location affords our visitor easy access to all the sights & sounds of Myrtle Beach, yet still features that secluded, "away from it all" feeling a vacation should offer. Houseparties are prohibited. The Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort is situated in Pawley's Island SC just off highway 17.
