There is a lounge on the property. The new AmericInn Hotel & Suites features 67 large rooms w/ some balcony & riverside rooms available to view the Missouri river & the South Dakota state capital. The hotel does offer a deluxe hot continental morning meal & some limited catering for meetings. The conference & meeting facility will offer seating of up to 300 people in a professional atmosphere w/ state of the art presentation capabilities. You can relax by the indoor swimming pool & hot tub & appreciate the view of the Missouri river. There is an Executive Board room available for conference calls & teleconferencing. Bike & walking paths are adjacent to the property w/ eating establishments near by The State capital is only 5 minutes away. There is plenty of parking for oversize vehicles & boats. Have a quick work out in the fitness center & pool. The world famous Walleye capital of the world, Lake Oahe, is only 5 minutes away. The main attraction is the Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum w/ the original homes that Laura & her family lived in The first 1 that you will view is the surveyor's house & the second is Pa's house on third street. Our motel is primed to serve families. We might be the Prairie, but we offer all of the features of a big city, either on site or off site.
